The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ASABE) has honored two groundbreaking innovations from CLAAS with AE50 Awards: the JAGUAR 1000 forage harvester series and the ORBIS 10500 corn header. The official award ceremony will take place in February 2026 at the ASABE Agricultural Equipment Technology Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
CLAAS ended FY2025 in a tough market with sales of €4.9bn and net income of €230m. A major product offensive brought new JAGUAR, AXION/ARION/AXOS tractors and new balers, earning top Agritechnica awards. Harsewinkel, November 2025. CLAAS will be bringing back two FARM MACHINE AWARDS from Agritechnica to Harsewinkel this year. This follows the international jury recognising the new JAGUAR 1200 forage harvester and CEMOS AUTO CHOPPING – both of which have already been awarded a silver Agritechnica Innovation Award – as outstanding innovations in agricultural technology.
Faced with fierce competition, the new AXION 9.450 TERRA TRAC from CLAAS prevailed against four competitors this year to win the TotYAward in the HighPower category. In addition to its unique tractor concept, the award-winning features included intelligent solutions in the areas of driver assistance and machine optimisation, comprehensive digital connectivity and a newly developed, quiet cab.
CLAAS is presenting a next-generation square baler with AI-supported bale density control, a revolutionary drive concept and an innovative double-loop knotter for the first time at Agritechnica 2025. The new CUBIX stands for maximum bale densities and groundbreaking precision in bale weights, combined with hourly outputs of up to 70 tonnes
CLAAS is presenting its new AXION 9 large tractor series as a world premiere at Agritechnica. These cover a power range from 330 to 450 hp and feature a new, noise-reduced cab with a maximum noise level of 66 db(A) and a volume of 3 cubic metres, a new CEBIS connect terminal, new drivetrain management, efficient engines and powerful hydraulics.
For the 2026 season, the NUTRIMETER GRAIN will be the first new transmissive NIR sensor for yield and ingredient determination available on the LEXION. This opens up new possibilities for sustainability-oriented and resource-efficient cultivation and the targeted marketing of high-quality grain, particularly with regard to the precise determination of protein and oil content and yield mapping.
Harsewinkel, November 2025. Three months after unveiling the new JAGUAR 1000 series with up to 1,110 hp, CLAAS is presenting two front attachments with a wider design at Agritechnica. The new ORBIS 12000 will be on display at the CLAAS stand in Hall 13, while the DIRECT DISC 8400 will be on show in the outdoor area.
CLAAS is presenting the new ARION 6 series with an emotional design and new comfort features at Agritechnica. The top-of-the-range ARION 6.190 CMATIC model will initially be introduced and offered alongside the ARION 660 CMATIC at the start of the new model series in 2026.
With the new DISCO 1100 DIRECT SWATHER, CLAAS is adding another model with variable swathing to its range of large-scale mowers. The mower combination with a working width of 10.70 m works without a conditioner, with conical swathing augers for four placement strategies and is currently the largest mounted mower with swath merging available on the market.
Following a successful market launch in North America and Australia, CLAAS is now making the new CONVIO FLEX 1530 available to European LEXION customers. The flexible draper cutterbar has an effective working width of 15.30 metres and is equipped with a flexible knife bar as well as all the features and automatic functions familiar from the CONVIO FLEX series.

CLAAS is presenting four new NEXOS 2 CMATIC models at Agritechnica 2025, its first narrow-track tractors with continuously variable transmission. The models are available in four variants with a minimum external width of 1.0 to 1.55 metres and complement the product range alongside the NEXOS 2 COMFORT with TWINSHIFT powershift.
The new JAGUAR 1200 from CLAAS has set a new official world record in forage harvesting, harvesting 4,096 tonnes of whole crop silage in 12 hours. In addition to the harvesting performance, the efficiency was also record-breaking with just 0.49 litres of fuel consumption per tonne of silage harvested.
At Agritechnica 2025, CLAAS will be presenting the production-ready TORION 537e SINUS, a six-tonne class telescopic wheel loader with a locally emission-free battery-electric drive. It combines the outstanding features of SINUS steering with an innovative electric drive and will complement the product range in the material handling segment from 2026

The CLAAS site in Bad Saulgau is being continuously modernised and expanded under the project name ForageGO! To date, more than €50 million has been invested in the site infrastructure, production facilities and a new logistics centre with a total of 9,600 m2 as part of the project.

The JAGUAR 1000 also defines a new level of operating and driving comfort - true to the motto "Inspired by the best".
CLAAS is introducing three new SUNSPEED headers with working widths from 7.50 to 11.90 metres for row-independent sunflower harvesting. These are fully integrated into the CEBIS operating system and are characterised by a wide range of adjustment options.
