Såsædsforædlingsselskabet Nordic Seed, der er ejet af Danish Agro og Vestjyllands Andel, fortsætter sin rivende udvikling og køber nu forædlingsstationen i Dyngby ved Odder, som man hidtil har lejet. Med i handlen følger også 20 hektar jord.

Danish Agros maskindivision har indgået aftale om distributionsrettighederne for mærket AgXeed. Med denne aftale vil Danish Agros maskinselskaber i Danmark, Sverige og Norge tilbyde og distribuere de autonome robotter.
Danish Agro koncernens datterselskab Vilomix Holding A/S, der også er ejet af grovvareselskaberne Agravis og Vestjyllands Andel, har indgået aftale om overtagelse af 75 % af det brasilianske premix- og mineralselskab Vitamix Nutricao Animal, der ejer fabrikker i såvel Brasilien som Paraguay.
I sit sidste regnskab fordobler grovvarevirksomheden Hedegaard resultatet før skat og når en omsætning på 3 mia. kr. Dermed sætter den traditionsrige virksomhed et flot punktum forud for fusionen med Danish Agro.
Danish Agro overtager Vestjyllands Andels aktier i fødevareselskabet DAVA Foods og bliver dermed eneejer i selskabet. Samtidig overtager Vestjyllands Andel aktier i DanGødning.
